  • Heavy rainfall at isolated places is possible over East Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Odisha, Assam, Meghalaya, Gujarat, Madhya Maharashtra, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Telangana and South Interior Karnataka.
  • Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning at isolated places have been forecast over Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, East Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Sikkim, Odisha, Marathwada, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Telangana, Rayalaseema, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Kerala, Mahe and Lakshadweep.

  • Heavy rainfall at isolated places is possible over East Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Odisha, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Madhya Maharashtra and Interior Karnataka.
  • Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning at isolated places very likely over Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Sikkim, Odisha, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Mahe and Lakshadweep.

The influence of an off-shore trough and strong westerly winds along the west coast are likely to result in the following weather events:

  • Fairly widespread to widespread rainfall with thunderstorms and lightning over Karnataka, Konkan, Goa, Kerala, Mahe and Lakshadweep
  • Scattered to fairly widespread rainfall over Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Telangana and Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal during the next five days.
  • Isolated heavy rainfall over Konkan, Goa, Gujarat, Coastal and South Interior Karnataka during the next five days, over ghat areas of Madhya Maharashtra from June 22-25, over Kerala on June 24 and 25, North Interior Karnataka from June 23-25, over Saurashtra on Saturday, Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on Wednesday.
  • Isolated very heavy rainfall over Konkan and Goa during the next five days and over coastal Karnataka during June 22-24.

The influence of a western disturbance and strong southwesterly winds from the Arabian Sea to Northwest India is likely to result in the following weather events:

  • Fairly widespread to widespread rainfall with thunderstorms and lightning over Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand,
  • Scattered to fairly widespread rainfall over Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan during the next 24 hours and is likely to reduce thereafter.
  • Scattered to fairly widespread rainfall with thunderstorms and lightning over Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh during the next five days.
  • Isolated heavy rainfall over East Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha & Chhattisgarh from June 22-26.

The influence of southerly/southwesterly winds from the Bay of Bengal to the Northeast and adjoining East India is likely to result in the following weather events:

  • Widespread rainfall over Northeast India, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim during the next five days.
  • Isolated heavy rainfall over Assam, Meghalaya, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim during the next five days and over Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura from June 23-25.
  • Fairly widespread to widespread rainfall with thunderstorms and lightning over Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and Gangetic West Bengal during the next five days.
  • Isolated heavy rainfall over Bihar and Jharkhand from June 23-25 and over Odisha from June 22-25.
