New Police Files Question Biden’s Las Vegas Medical Emergency

Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog organization, announced today that newly acquired radio tapes from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department are “evidence of a public health crisis for President Joe Biden.” These recordings — posted earlier this week — hint that President Obama may have had a more severe medical condition when he visited Las Vegas in July than the White House first claimed.

The event occurred on 17 July 2024 when President Biden cancelled a campaign rally in Las Vegas due to a positive COVID-19 test. But the new police recordings, obtained by Judicial Watch through a public records request, indicate something different, a much more immediate and perhaps dire health situation.

Declared a Emergency: Code “421”

Upon hearing these broadcasts, police in Las Vegas were called to shut down traffic and transport Biden to a nearby hospital for an emergency medical situation. In the tape, an initial responder said, “To all the radio folks, POTUS right now is 421, he’s been seen, so it’s just like we’re kinda just kinda hanging out to see what this looks like.” The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department police codes state that Code “421” refers to ill or injured, which has people worrying about President’s condition at the time.

They include officers who coordinate traffic blockades and patrol the outside perimeter of the University Medical Center Hospital in Las Vegas, where Biden was reportedly treated. And they even implemented a “Code 3” response — lights and sirens — so the President’s motorcade could be guided to the hospital. The Secret Service asked for a “complete road block” to show that it was too serious.

White House Denials

However, as police recordings reveal, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has spelled out that President Biden did not have any emergency other than his COVID-19 diagnosis, “He didn’t. We’ve all seen the President — when we were in Vegas — come back positive for COVID. We told everybody and then we flew home. Outside of that there was no medical problem,” Jean-Pierre told a press conference. But the sonic notes hint at a more dire state of affairs than the White House revealed at the time.

The president of Judicial Watch, Tom Fitton questioned the credibility of the official narrative: “These Las Vegas Police Department recordings beg the question of whether the American public got the real story about President Biden’s condition”.

Speculation and Rumors

In the wake of the 17 July event, reports began to spread of Biden’s condition. The man, Biden, later revealed that he’d suffered a massive bump on his chin, adding fuel to the fire. Official leaked hints at a more serious illness as well, although no further information is available.

Judicial Watch’s Oversight Project has already obtained other Las Vegas Metro Police audio recordings regarding Biden’s medical emergency July 17, and those recordings combined with the newly leaked documents raise the possibility that Biden’s then condition should have been cause for concern beyond a positive COVID-19 test.

A Broader Pattern?

It’s not the first time President Biden has come under fire for his health. And Biden groped while on Air Force One earlier in the campaign, raising fresh worries about his health. And the July health scare is one of two reported presidential assassination attempts this cycle. A second man was arrested last month after trying to break into Trump’s Florida golf course using a rifle.

Biden’s condition is also going to remain a concern as the election of 2024 approaches, with watchdog groups such as Judicial Watch monitoring and reporting new details.

Judicial Watch’s Findings

Judicial Watch, a public accountability organization, is still pushing for Biden’s health to be made clear. Fitton and his foundation have also played a key role in obtaining records that provide a better understanding of things that are hidden from the general public.
